





Maiori's pedestrian heart. This ancient boulevard unspools from the seafront through the old town โ boutiques, espresso bars, pastry shops and the grand Palazzo Mezzacapo lining every step.
Crowned with a majolica dome, this 13th-century collegiate church towers over Maiori. Climb the steps for the gilded nave, the Madonna of the Sea, and one of the finest panoramic terraces on the coast.
A full kilometre of dark golden sand โ the longest on the Amalfi Coast โ presided over by a Norman watchtower built in 1563. A wide promenade of cafรฉs and restaurants gives onto the sea.
The Path of the Lemons. An ancient mule track through citrus terraces from Santa Maria a Mare down to Minori (~4 hrs). The Avvocata trail climbs to views reaching Sicily on a clear day (~5โ6 hrs).
The Pandora Grotto (emerald water, stalactites) and the ancient Sulfur Grotto are reachable only by boat. Kayaking, snorkelling and sailing excursions depart from the beach April through October.
The weekly market fills Corso Reginna with sfusato lemons, buffalo mozzarella, local ceramics and handmade linens. Arrive early โ sfogliatella, delizia al limone and rum babร disappear fast.
